YOU Skincare operates its online store using the Shopify e-commerce platform.
However, all sales and transactions are conducted directly between you and YOU Skincare.

Shopify is not responsible or liable for products, refunds, disputes, or transactions conducted on this Website.

10. WAIVER

Failure by YOU Skincare to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOU Skincare shall not be liable for:
