In case the payment amount is debited but no order confirmation is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours and provide the following details:

5. PAYMENT GATEWAY & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
YOU Skincare currently uses Razorpay Software Private Limited and/or other RBI-authorized payment service providers to process transactions on the Website.
During checkout, customers may be redirected to Razorpay’s secure platform or affiliated banking networks to complete the payment. These platforms are operated independently and are not owned or controlled by YOU Skincare.
YOU Skincare shall not be responsible for:

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) — REFUSAL, RTO & RECOVERY
6.1 COD Order Acceptance
COD orders are accepted on the basis of:

Acceptance of a COD order does not guarantee delivery.
6.2 COD Refusal at Delivery
If a customer refuses or fails to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, the order shall be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases:

YOU Skincare reserves the right to block or restrict COD access for the customer on future orders
- Repeated refusals may result in permanent suspension of COD eligibility
6.3 RTO Charges & Recovery
For COD orders returned due to refusal, non-availability, incorrect address, or customer inaction:
- YOU Skincare reserves the right to recover forward shipping, reverse shipping, and handling costs
- Such costs may be adjusted against:
- Any future refunds
- Wallet credits
- Future prepaid orders (where legally permissible)
These charges are non-refundable.
7. PRICING, TAXES & FINAL AMOUNT
