At YOU Skincare, we aim to ensure safe, timely, and transparent delivery of your orders. As a newly launched brand, our delivery timelines and coverage are based on current logistics partner availability and may evolve over time.
1. Delivery Coverage
YOU Skincare currently delivers across most serviceable locations in India, subject to courier partner availability and Pincode serviceability at the time of order placement.
Delivery availability is automatically checked based on the Pincode entered at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 business hours (working days) after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines range between 2 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Customers in major cities may receive their orders sooner, depending on courier partner efficiency.

4. Undeliverable or Unserviceable Pincodes

Deliverability is assessed at the time of order placement.

In rare cases, if a location becomes unserviceable after order confirmation, YOU Skincare reserves the right to cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select Pincodes only.

An additional βΉ120 COD handling fee per order applies to all COD orders (where available).
6. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Customers must ensure that the complete and accurate delivery address, including Pincode and contact details, is provided at checkout.

Address updates may be possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or redirected.

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
YOU Skincare is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts, Proof & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery is unsuccessful, our team may contact you for assistance.

Delivery is considered complete when the package is marked βDeliveredβ by the courier partner, including delivery to security, reception, or an authorized recipient at the delivery address.

Orders returned to origin due to repeated failed attempts, refusal, or incorrect address will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

Delivery partners are not authorised to resolve product-related issues at the time of delivery.
9. Multiple Products & Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages, depending on availability.
Each shipment may have separate tracking details, which may result in different delivery dates.
10. Order Cancellations Due to Logistics Constraints
In exceptional cases where delivery is not feasible due to operational or logistics limitations, YOU Skincare reserves the right to cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

At present, YOU Skincare delivers within India only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future and will be updated on the website accordingly.
